Our Flexible Organic Plugging Material is a high-performance, intumescent firestop product engineered to seal penetrations in walls, floors, and ceilings. When exposed to fire, the material expands to form a dense, insulating char layer, preventing the passage of flames, hot gases, and smoke for up to 3 hours (F₍DL₎-EI3 rated).


The product remains flexible at room temperature, allowing for quick, tool-free installation around complex configurations of cables and pipes. It adheres well to most common building materials, including concrete, metal, and plastic, ensuring a durable seal. It is also non-toxic, odorless, and resistant to aging, vibration, and minor building movement.
