Installation Steps for Stainless Steel Hinges
Mark lines at the corresponding positions on the door frame according to the quantity and size of hinges to be installed on the door leaf.
Route grooves on the door frame with a depth equal to the thickness of one hinge leaf.
Secure one hinge to the door frame with two screws.
Align the door with the door frame, fasten each hinge to the door leaf with two screws, then test opening and closing the door to check if the gap is appropriate.
Tighten all screws after proper adjustment.
